Meet Fiona Dutton – Liverpool Personal Trainer
FiFit was founded by Fiona Dutton, a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Liverpool.
Fitness has always been a huge part of Fiona’s life, particularly running and strength training. Over time this passion developed into a career dedicated to helping others improve their health and fitness.
Fiona regularly trains for 5k races, half marathons and full marathons, combining endurance training with structured strength and conditioning work in the gym.
This hybrid approach allows clients to improve both physical performance and overall health.
Fiona also holds a Level 3 Ante and Post Natal Exercise qualification, enabling her to safely support women returning to fitness after pregnancy.
Her goal is simple: to help every client build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy habits.

Hybrid HIIT Classes Liverpool
FiFit runs energising Hybrid HIIT classes in South Liverpool, combining cardio conditioning with strength training.
Small group sessions using erg machines and weights to deliver a full-body workout designed to improve fitness, burn calories and build strength.
